Pack reservation and purchase terms

The standard pack

A standard personalized pack costs $25 and contains ten cards. Shipping is charged separately based on the destination and fulfillment method. There is no multi-pack minimum, and your order does not depend on another person buying a matching pack.

Reservation and approval

A free reservation is not a purchase and does not guarantee a production slot. Before payment, we will confirm availability, pack count, shipping charges, expected timing, and any optional add-ons. Premium finishes, hosted breaks, and large-event formats may cost more than the standard pack price.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel for a full refund before Pack of Us begins custom production. After you approve the order and production begins, the personalized portion of the order is nonrefundable. If Pack of Us cannot fulfill an approved order, we will refund amounts paid for work we cannot deliver.

Shipping and delivery

Packs may ship together or to separate destinations. Each destination may have its own postage, packaging, and fulfillment charge. We provide an expected delivery date before payment. If that timing changes materially, we will contact you with the available options.

Hosted breaks

A founder-hosted private break is optional and starts at $79. Larger releases may cost more. Its exact price, format, timing, and recording details will be confirmed before payment. Private footage is not published without the required participant permission.

Customer-provided material

If you proceed, you must have the right to share the photos, names, stories, and other material you provide. We will explain the contribution and approval process before collecting production files. Pack of Us may decline material that is unlawful, unsafe, or unsuitable for the product.
