Privacy at Pack of Us

Pack of Us uses the information you share to answer your pack request, learn what groups want, and plan a release with you if you decide to move forward. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

The pack-request form collects your name, email address, intended pack count, group size, occasion, optional date, optional preferences, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. It also records which Pack of Us page led to the request and when it was submitted.

You can separately choose whether to allow optional analytics and advertising tools. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics measure public page visits and pack-request steps. If you allow advertising, Meta Pixel and its managed Conversions API connection may measure visits and pack-request steps and support ad delivery. These optional tools load only after the corresponding choice.

We do not send these optional tools the contents of forms, email addresses, names, notes, payment details, request identifiers, or URL query parameters, including campaign parameters and click IDs. Events contain public page paths and step names, without form selections or free text. Optional tools do not load on pages with query parameters or token-bearing confirmation and payment pages. After consent, providers may process cookies and ordinary browser, device, IP-address, and approximate-location information. Google Consent Mode communicates your separate analytics and advertising choices through analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user-data, and advertising personalization signals. Optional Google Analytics does not load when analytics is declined. Your choices are stored in your browser so the site can remember them, and you can change them using the Privacy choices button. Withdrawing a choice reloads the page to unload the affected tools; Meta cookies accessible to the site are removed when advertising consent is withdrawn.

If you use payment checkout, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. Pack of Us receives the payment amount, status, transaction identifiers, and contact information needed to match the payment to your request. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use pack-request information to reply to you, discuss a possible Pack of Us release, operate the pilot, understand demand, improve the offer, and prevent abuse. A reservation is not a purchase and does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Where it goes

The site is hosted by Vercel, pack-request records are stored in Supabase, and request alerts are sent through our transactional email provider. Stripe processes purchase payments. If you allow optional analytics, Google processes analytics events for us. These services process information so the site, form, payment flow, and measurement can work. If you allow advertising, enabled advertising providers process measurement data for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.

Photos and information about other people

This pack-request form does not upload photos. If you move forward with a release, we will explain the separate contribution and approval process before collecting photos. Please avoid putting sensitive information about other people in the request notes.

Retention and your choices

We keep pack-request information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate and evaluate the founding pilot, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to provide, correct, or delete your pack-request information by emailing hello@packofus.com.

Children

The pack-request form is intended for adults. Do not submit personal information about a child through the notes field.
