Privacy at Pack of Us

Pack of Us uses the information you share to answer your reservation, learn what founding crews want, and plan a box with you if you decide to move forward. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

The reservation form collects your name, email address, crew size, occasion, optional preferences, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. It also records which Pack of Us page led to the reservation and when it was submitted.

The site uses Vercel Analytics to understand visits and reservation conversions. Our hosting and security providers also process the technical information normally required to serve and protect a website.

How we use it

We use reservation information to reply to you, discuss a possible founding Crew Box, operate the pilot, understand demand, improve the offer, and prevent abuse. A reservation is not a purchase and does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Where it goes

The site is hosted by Vercel, reservation records are stored in Supabase, and reservation alerts are sent through our transactional email provider. These services process information for us so the site and form can work. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.

Photos and information about other people

This reservation form does not upload photos. If you move forward with a Crew Box, we will explain the separate contribution and approval process before collecting photos. Please avoid putting sensitive information about other people in the reservation notes.

Retention and your choices

We keep reservation information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate and evaluate the founding pilot, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to provide, correct, or delete your reservation information by emailing hello@packofus.com.

Children

The founding reservation form is intended for adults. Do not submit personal information about a child through the notes field.
